Ole99 Terms & Conditions – Malaysian Betting Platform User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

3. User Account

You are fully responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full name, date of birth, phone number, email address, and payment details. Ole99 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate registration information that you have provided.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

The minimum deposit at ole99 is RM 20 per transaction. Maximum daily deposit limits may vary depending on your chosen payment method and account tier. All deposits are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR) only.

Ole99 is committed to processing withdrawals within under 10 minutes for qualifying requests that have completed the required verification process. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction. Withdrawals will be credited to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

• Ole99 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if a user is found to have abused the promotions system, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Promotions have an expiry date. Unused bonuses that are not claimed within the stated period will expire automatically.

6. Betting Rules

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ole99 platform and may result in immediate account suspension or termination without any refund:

• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's identity to register an account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to manipulate the ole99 betting system.
• Systematically engaging in matched betting to abuse ole99's promotional offers.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate betting outcomes or defraud the platform's systems.
• Using your ole99 account for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Sharing your account login credentials with third parties or allowing others to use your account.
• Using unauthorised payment methods or conducting fraudulent transactions.
• Spreading false or defamatory information about ole99 on any platform or social media.
